PuROTwist 4000 Gold
Delivering high‑quality drinking water right from your own tap, the PuROTwist 4000 Gold system brings together advanced purification performance, ease of installation, and certified reliability — ideal for homeowners looking to upgrade their hydration experience.
4 Stage Filtration System
Stage 1: Sediment pre filter removes dirt, sand, rust, and other larger particles.
Stage 2: Carbon block pre-filter removes chlorine, improves taste, and protects the RO membrane
Stage 3: The RO membrane effectively removes fluoride, lead, heavy metals, and other dissolved inorganic contaminants. It also reduces select herbicides, pesticides, and some microbiological impurities for cleaner, safer water.
Stage 4: Post-carbon filter, also known as the polishing stage. This filter removes any remaining tastes or odours after filtration, especially those that can come from the storage tank. The result is crisp, clean water that tastes as pure as it is.
Key Highlights
-
Certified by the Water Quality Association with the Gold Seal under the NSF/ANSI 58 standard, meaning it’s tested to reduce a wide range of contaminants including heavy metals (lead, chromium III/VI, copper), barium, radium, selenium and total dissolved solids (TDS).
-
Flexible installation: Designed to fit neatly under the sink or in confined spaces like basements or cabinetry thanks to its compact format.
-
Reliable performance: Operates across a typical residential pressure range (30‑100 psi) and water temperature range (≈ 4 °C to 38 °C / 40‑100°F).
-
Maintenance made simple: Cartridge filters swap out easily (typically every 6‑12 months) while the RO membrane has a longer life (2‑3 years depending on usage and water quality).
Why It’s a Smart Choice for Your Home
This system doesn’t just filter water — it transforms it. Less metallic taste, fewer interfering chemicals, and a noticeable improvement in clarity and freshness of drinking water, coffee, tea, and cooking. Plus, by installing a high‑end RO system like this, you reduce reliance on bottled water, helping your wallet and the environment.

Installation & Usage Notes
-
Best suited for municipal (city) water supplies; check feed water pressure and quality to confirm compatibility.
-
If your inlet pressure is under ~40 psi, consider adding a booster pump option (available on some configurations) for optimal performance.
-
Keep replacement filters on hand — changing the pre‑filters annually keeps the RO membrane working at peak efficiency.
-
Regularly check for leaks, ensure the tank fills properly, and monitor taste/flow changes which may indicate filter/membrane change needs.
